Amazon & Andes Adventure is a 15-day South America tour package for nature lovers who want variety. You start in Lima and fly straight into the Amazon, to a jungle lodge in the Tambopata National Reserve for three days of canoeing, wildlife watching and night walks. From the rainforest you fly up to Cusco, explore the Sacred Valley and ride the train to Machu Picchu. Finally you cross to Ecuador and spend five days in the Galápagos, hopping between Santa Cruz and Isabela to meet giant tortoises, sea lions and blue-footed boobies, and to snorkel with sharks and turtles.

Every day of your trip, with where you'll spend the night.
Day 1
Land in Lima, the gateway to your Amazon, Andes and Galápagos adventure. A private transfer takes you to your hotel to recover from the flight.
Day 2
Guided city tour of Lima: the colonial heart around the Plaza Mayor and San Francisco Monastery, then the coastal districts of Miraflores and Barranco with their parks, murals and ocean views.
Day 3
Fly east over the Andes to Puerto Maldonado, on the edge of the Amazon. A boat takes you up the Madre de Dios River to your jungle lodge; in the afternoon, look for monkeys on Monkey Island and caimans by night.
Day 4
Walk through the rainforest to Lake Sandoval and paddle a canoe across its calm waters, ringed by aguaje palms, searching for giant otters, hoatzins and turtles. Optional night walk after dinner.
Day 5
Dawn bird-watching among parrots and macaws, then the boat back to Puerto Maldonado and a short flight to Cusco (approx. 3,400 m). Rest for the remainder of the day.
Day 6
Visit Pisac’s market and Inca terraces and the stone fortress of Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, then board the scenic train to Aguas Calientes for the night.
Day 7
Guided tour of Machu Picchu at the start of the day, then the train and road journey back to Cusco in the afternoon.
Day 8
Fly back to Lima and relax by the ocean in Miraflores, with time for a final Peruvian dinner before Ecuador.

Fly to Guayaquil and transfer to your hotel. Stroll the Malecón 2000 along the Guayas River and the colorful hillside of Las Peñas.
Day 10
Fly to Baltra, cross the Itabaca Channel and drive through the Santa Cruz highlands — with a stop for wild giant tortoises — to Puerto Ayora.
Day 11
Take the speedboat to Isabela Island and settle into Puerto Villamil. Free afternoon for the flamingo lagoon, the tortoise breeding center or a swim off the beach.

It is a complete South America tour package — hotels, transfers, guides, trains, flights coordination and excursions are all planned — but it runs as a tailor-made trip: you choose the date, the hotel category and the group size, and any day can be adjusted. Departures are daily, all year.
Three of the most diverse on Earth: the lowland Amazon rainforest in Tambopata, the high Andes of Cusco and the Sacred Valley, and the volcanic islands and marine reserve of the Galápagos.
Macaws, monkeys, caimans and possibly giant otters in Tambopata; llamas and condors in the Andes; and giant tortoises, sea lions, iguanas, blue-footed boobies, reef sharks and sea turtles in the Galápagos.
No. There are jungle walks, short hikes at Inca sites and snorkeling, but no long treks. Anyone in normal health who enjoys being active outdoors can do it.
The yellow fever vaccine is recommended for the Peruvian Amazon, and proof of vaccination may be requested when traveling between countries. Please check current requirements with a travel clinic.
On top of the package, Ecuador charges every visitor two Galápagos fees: the Transit Control Card (TCT), purchased at Quito or Guayaquil airport before check-in, and the National Park entrance fee, paid in cash when you land. At present they are US$20 and US$200 per foreign adult, but the authorities can change them at any time — check before you fly.
Yes. It works for solo travelers, couples, families and groups of friends. You travel with your own guides and transfers, so the pace adapts to you; solo travelers pay a single-room supplement, and groups of four or more get better rates per person.
The per-person price depends on your hotel category, from Essential 2★ to Deluxe 5★, and on group size — see the Rates tab. Flights, the Galápagos National Park fee and the Transit Control Card are quoted or paid separately.
