Day 1
Welcome to Cusco (approx. 3,400 m), the ancient capital of the Incas. Your private driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel to rest. In the afternoon, set out at a gentle pace with your private guide to discover the Cathedral and the Koricancha, the Inca Temple of the Sun, followed by the zigzag walls of Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay above the city.
Day 2
An unforgettable full day at Machu Picchu. Your private driver takes you early to the train station, where you board the panoramic train along the Urubamba River through the Sacred Valley to Aguas Calientes. A shuttle bus climbs to the citadel for a private guided tour of the Main Plaza, the Temple of the Sun and the Intihuatana stone, followed by lunch and the return train to Cusco, where your driver takes you back to your hotel.
Day 3
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and some free time in Cusco, perhaps a last stroll around the Plaza de Armas or a visit to the San Blas artisan quarter. At the appropriate time, your private driver takes you to Cusco airport for your next flight. End of services.

You arrive in Cusco (approx. 3,400 m), so the city tour starts in the afternoon at a gentle pace after time to rest. Machu Picchu (approx. 2,430 m) is lower than Cusco. Drink plenty of water, eat light and avoid alcohol on the first evening, and consult your doctor before you travel if you have a medical condition.
